Dance Spectacular Waiver, Release, and Terms of Participation
I understand that participation in Dance Spectacular activities, including dance practice, warm-ups, rehearsals, performances, and competition, involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume these risks for myself and/or the participant(s) for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.
I hereby release and hold harmless Dance Spectacular, its owners, directors, staff, officials, judges, volunteers, representatives, and the event facility from claims for injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from participation in or attendance at Dance Spectacular events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I understand that photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be taken during Dance Spectacular events. I grant Dance Spectacular permission to photograph, record, and use images, video, and audio of participants for event-related, promotional, advertising, website, social media, and publicity purposes. Spectators may record only their own dancer or team and may not interfere with Dance Spectacular staff or obstruct the view of other spectators.
I understand that all judges’ decisions are final. Participants, studio representatives, parents, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Dance Spectacular reserves the right to disqualify a participant or team, or remove an individual from the event, for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Disqualification will not result in a refund.
I understand and agree that registration fees are non-refundable once registration has been processed, including cancellations or withdrawals.
By accepting these Terms of Service and signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this Waiver, Release, and Terms of Participation for myself and/or the participant(s) for whom I am the parent or legal guardian.
