2026 Dance Spectacular Team Registration

Entry Instructions

Enter your studio and team information as required. You can upload your spreadsheet or document for all your team numbers. Add the total number of your performers per each routine listed and provide the number of performers in the “Total Number Performer box” at the bottom of the form. Click SUBMIT BUTTON, and we will receive a copy of your team registration. We will process your entries and email you a statement. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 801-544-3616 ***Your final cut music must be received no later than March 1, 2026. Make sure it is in a music digital format.

1 director pass will be given per every 10 performers

COUNT the total number of performers in EACH ROUTINE by adding all routine performers. Example: Routine 1 has 10 dancers Routine 2 has 21 dancers Routine 3 has 5 dancers Total dancers will then be 10 + 21 + 5 = 36 dancers. We will invoice you a statement for your team entry fees
